How much is delivery and where do you ship?
We deliver across all of Georgia. In Tbilisi, delivery cost is 5 gel. In another city 10 gel
How fast will my order arrive?
In Tbilisi — same day or next day. In other cities — usually within 1–2 business days.
Can I get same-day delivery in Tbilisi?
Yes! If you place your order before 2 PM, we’ll try to deliver it the same day.
Do you ship outside of Tbilisi?
Yes, we deliver throughout Georgia via reliable courier services.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by cash on delivery (only for Tbilisi orders), or via bank transfer.
I don’t have a card. Can I pay in cash?
Absolutely! Just choose cash on delivery and pay the courier directly. (Acceptable only for orders in Tbilisi)

Are your products original?
Yes, 100% original and authentic. We buy from official suppliers and trusted distributors.
Where do your products come from?
From Europe, the US, and the UK — depending on the brand.
What if my order arrives damaged?
This happens very rarely, but if it does — just let us know and we’ll quickly fix the issue or refund you.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns only if the product is damaged or sent by mistake.
Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What if I chose the wrong shade?
If the product is unopened — reach out to us. We’ll do our best to help or exchange it.
